  4. Cuando tengamos la calabaza casi hecha le añadimos el calabacín cortado y ya sólo es esperar a que se dorén, yo los últimos minutos pongo el horno en modo grill a máxima potencia para que vaya dorandose
  5. Cuando tengamos la verdura que empiece a quemarse por los bordes retiramos del horno, le imcorporamos la quinoa y un poco de cebolla cortada muy fina, chorrito de aceite oliva virgen extra, hierbas provenzales y a correr
  6. En la foto puse 3 rodajas de calabacín porque el resto se me quemó, así que no hay que tener prisa en meterlo al horno, si se corta muy fino con ponerlo 4/5 minutos antes de terminar vamos bien ;)
