Esta receta se me ocurrió al ver un súper trozo de calabaza que tenía en la nevera, y la verdad que la mezcla quedó muy rica! Normalmente suelo saltear con ajo, cebolla y pasas tanto acelgas como espinacas, pero nunca se me había ocurrido añadir calabaza, y de verdad que os lo recomiendo! 😉

- Primero pelamos y picamos en láminas los ajos, y la cebolla en pluma.
- Echamos primero el ajo en la sartén con un poco de aceite y a fuego bajo para que no se queme. Una vez doradito añadimos la cebolla y dejamos pochar a fuego medio.
- Mientras pelamos y cortamos la calabaza en cubitos, cuando la tengamos lo añadimos a la sartén con el ajo y la cebolla.
- Dejamos pochar a fuego medio y salpimentamos. Cuando veamos que está añadimos las acelgas, en mi caso eran congeladas.
- Una vez descongeladas y pochadas las acelgas añadimos las pasas, el chorro de vino y las hiervas provenzales y dejamos reducir.
- Cuando veamos que ha reducido, probamos, rectificamos de sal, emplatamos y a comer!
