- Una vez que transcurrido el tiempo sacamos la carne, las verduras y colamos el caldo. Llevamos nuestro caldo a la nevera una vez que haya enfriado a temperatura ambiente y lo dejamos reposar hasta el día siguiente para retirar con facilidad la capita de grasa. Con las verduras podemos preparar un puré riquísimo y con el pollo unas croqueta, por ejemplo.
