- Agua
- Sal
- Pan rallado

La verdura, la pelota, los chorizos, el tocino, el hueso de jamón y el medio pie (ese me lo como yo) por otro lado y cortado a trocitos. Colaremos el caldo poniéndolo en otra olla y dejaremos los garbanzos en la olla con un poco de caldo (cuidado con los huesecitos que haya soltado la carne.
- Para montar el plato final cada uno elegirá lo que se quiera echar. Yo me echo un trozo de chorizo, un trozo de tocino, un trozo de pelota, jamón del hueso, zanahoria, patata, nabo, chirivía, calabaza, garbanzos y caldo.
