  11. Poner 3 cacitos pequeños llenos de agua dentro de la olla con la mezcla dorada de verduras. Sin apagar el fuego.
  12. Añadir 1 cucharada y media de sal, remover y dejar a fuego alto.
  13. Cuando empiece a hervir añadir el brócoli y la col. La ebullición parará por la temperatura de lo que se añade.
  14. Cuando vuelva a hervir todo (pasará nada y menos de tiempo) añadir las patatas y bajar a fuego medio/alto pero siempre sin que deje de hervir.
  15. A los 6-7 minutos de haber añadido las patatas, añadir la calabaza.
  16. Dejar hervir 7-8 minutos más. Vamos probando la patata y la zanahoria. Cuando ambas estén bien hechas apagar el fuego y ya está la sopa.
  17. Poner la ración deseada para batir y con un brazo batir hasta que quede cremoso.
  18. Servir en el plato.
    *Opcional: se puede añadir al gusto un chorrito de aceite, trozos pequeños de jamón serrano o tropezones de pan.
