    Llenar el fondo de la tarta con las verduras rehogadas y cubrirla con la preparación anterior.
  3. Cocer la quiche en el horno previamente calentado a 180º C o 200º C durante 35 minutos. Espolorear el resto de queso por encima y granitar 5 minutos más.
    Sacar del hornor y servir.
