- Precalentamos el horno a 150º C, calor arriba y abajo.
- En un recipiente pequeño ponemos a calentar unos 15 segundos en el microondas, la miel junto con la cucharada de aceite, lo echamos por encima de nuestra mezcla y vamos removiéndolo todo para que quede bien mezclado.
- Lo echamos en una bandeja de horno, encima de papel vegetal y lo extendemos bien.
- Horneamos unos 25 minutos y cada diez minutos lo sacamos, lo removemos y lo extendemos de nuevo.
- Sacamos la granola del horno y mientras esta enfriando, echamos los orejones cortados previamente en trozos y las pasas, removemos todo y dejamos enfriar antes de meterlo en los tarros herméticos.
