  4. Por otro lado ya con la calabaza cocida, y con cuidado de no quemarse la paso a un colador y le empiezo a sacar la cáscara.
    Utilizo un pisa papas para el puré añado a gusto una cucharada de manteca y pimienta y una vez tibio el huevo y revuelvo hasta estar todo incluido.
  5. Busco una fuente de vidrio o lo que tengamos a manos, le pasó un papelito con aceite para que no se nos pegue y ponemos una capa de este puré Por debajo, luego la mezcla de nuestro pollo, otra capa de puré por encima y mucho quesito por encima !!!...
  6. Tiempo de horno depende de cada horno ya que el mío al ser industrial cocina de otra manera espero que les guste ! Es un delicia...😋
