- Cortar la calabaza en dados pequeños, mezclamos una cuchara de aceite con pimienta negra, mojamos en ella el ramo de romero y untamos los dados de calabaza.
- En una bandeja de horno con papel de hornear le añadimos sal y 4 dientes de ajo aplastados y sin pelar y el ramo de romero entero. En un horno calentado a 220c durante 30 min.
- En otra olla (mejor con base gruesa), ponemos 2 cucharadas de aceite las 2 hojas de laurel, los 2 dientes de ajo y la guindilla picados.
- (Antes de quemarse el ajo) añadimos las dos zanahorias en laminas muy finas echas con (el pela patatas) pochar bien y añadimos los granos de comino seco, luego el tomate pelado y sin pipa muy picado pochar 5 minutos.
- Añadimos la calabaza y los dientes de ajo ya aplastados mezclamos bien mojar si es muy necesario(poco caldo) añadir el cilantro troceado y la miel, pochar a fuego lento tapado.(5 a 10 min).
