  10. 4 cucharas azúcar glass

  1. Se separan las claras de las yemas y se baten las yemas con el azúcar.

  5. Después montamos la nata y se le añade el colorante. A mi personalmente me gustan colores poco usuales. Azul, rojo, verde o mezcla de estos. Esto lo utilizaremos para cubrir la tarta.
  6. Ahora mezclamos el queso de untar y el azúcar glass. Y le añadimos y toque de extracto de naranja, por ejemplo. Sin pasarnos para no quitar protagonismo al queso.
  7. Después de que el bizcocho este frío lo dividimos y en el medio le ponemos la crema de queso.
  8. Y par terminar decoramos a nuestro gusto. Yo le he añadido topis de colores y corazones de caramelo.
