  2. Cortamos el puerro de trocitos pequeños y el ajo. Calentamos una olla (en mi caso olla exprés)con aceite y sofreímos el puerro y los ajos.
  3. Cortamos el pimiento, la zanahoria y la calabaza y también las añadimos en el sofrito y seguimos con el sofrito.Luego echamos el pimentón y después el tomate cortado de trozos pequeños.
  4. Añadimos sal, pimienta negra y las lentejas remojadas y escurridas, cubrimos con agua(en mi caso con caldo de pollo).Serramos la olla exprés y esperamos 8 min. des que que empieza a sonar el pito.
  5. Pelamos la morcilla y la cortamos de trocitos. Precalentamos una sartén y sofreímos las costillas y al final un poco y la morcilla.
  6. Cuando el todo está sofrito, los añadimos en las lentejas(que ya también estará lista).
  7. Al final echamos el sarraceno cocido y listo para comer. Espero que os gusta👍
