- 150 g queso tipo philadelphia
- 150 g puré de calabaza bien escurrido
- 35 g azúcar moreno
- 1 huevo L

- 4-6 galletas speculoos
- ---------- Ingredientes para el brownie:
- 160 g mantequilla sin sal
- 400 g chocolate negro para fundir
- 130 g chocolate con leche para fundir
- 135 g azúcar blanca
- 135 g azúcar moreno
- 3 huevos L
- 1cda pasta de vainilla o extracto de vainilla
- 15 g cacao sin azúcar
- 125 g harina todo uso

- Ponemos a calentar el horno a 175º y engrasamos un molde de 30x20 cm.

- Preparamos ahora el brownie. En un cazo ponemos a fuego medio la mantequilla, la mitad del chocolate negro troceado (reservamos la otra mitad) y todo el chocolate con leche troceado. Dejamos unos minutos hasta que se derrita y quede una mezcla homogénea. Dejamos que se temple durante unos 10-15 minutos.
- Mezclamos la harina con el cacao y reservamos.
- Cuando el chocolate esté templado, lo ponemos en un bol, añadimos los dos tipos de azúcar, los 3 huevos y la vainilla y batimos.
- Ponemos la mezcla de harina y cacao y mezclamos bien con espátula. Por últimos añadimos los trozos de chocolate negro que teníamos reservado y mezclamos también con espátula.
- Vertemos en el molde la mezcla de brownie y sobre esta, la capa de calabaza. Con un cuchillo hacemos ondas para mezclar ambas capas y dar un toque marmolado.
- Ponemos unas galletas troceadas por encima y horneamos a 175º unos 45 minutos o hasta que veamos que la superficie empieza a dorarse y los bordes se separan del molde.
- Dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla y desmoldamos.
